Aztec NPSL Men add All-American, MLS draft pick to the roster

March 19, 2008 - The Boston Aztec NPSL men's team today announced the signing of M Tim Conway (Nyack College - Billerica, MA). Conway was a two-time All-American for the Warriors and was selected by the Chicago Fire in the fourth round of this year's MLS Supplemental Draft. Conway finished his collegiate career with 36 goals and 11 assists.

"Tim is a very crafty midfielder who can score goals. I'm very excited to have a player of his caliber on the squad. This team will be very exciting to watch," said Aztec coach Doc Simpson.

The Aztecs will play their first season at the state of the art Amesbury Sports Park this summer. The Boston Aztec men's and women's teams are the pinnacle of the New England Aztec organization, the premier soccer program north of Boston and affiliates of Everton FC of the Barclays Premier League in England.
