WEATHER - We have seen the weather forecasts, and Saturday weather certainly looks wet. As of right now we haven’t seen anything that indicates any potential cancellations. We do have plans in place in case the schedule needs to be adjusted, so please make sure your teams keep an eye out for any messaging from us as we take actions as required by the conditions on the day. Our one match Friday night and all games on Sunday should be fine. Also bear in mind that turf facilities generally do not allow tents. We will keep you apprised throughout the weekend if weather becomes a factor that impacts the schedule. All games will be OUTSIDE. The Edge (hockey rink/concession shack), TSC (indoor facility), Game On (indoor facility) have indoor spaces to stay out of the weather between games, Innovation Academy and PMA do not.
SCORE REPORTING: All scores are to be reported for all matches. It will be the responsibility of the WINNING team to report the scores. If the game is a tie, the team listed as the HOME team will need to report the scores. All scores for all age groups should be reported within 15 minutes of completion of a match. Score reporting will be done online. On the tournament event webpage, in the upper right corner there is a "Scoring Input" link. Click that, enter the Pin 1234, find your match/enter your match number and input the score. It is important that this is done in a timely fashion, especially for the U11-U14 age groups that have playoff rounds.

MERCHANDISE - Fine Designs will once again be our event merchandise partner. This weekend, they are scheduled to be at Game On on Saturday/Sunday and Tyngsboro Sports Center on Sunday. The weather could alter plans for Saturday at Game On, but this year we will also be able to offer online purchases and the Fine Designs online store is available now at https://store.finedesigns.com/newengland/2024-aztec-spring-showcase-invitational.html
Bear in mind that items purchased from the online store will ship to a specified address, they cannot be picked up onsite during the event.
GAME ON PARKING ADVISORY - Those of you who have attended our event or other events at Game On know that in early 2023, the facility began a policy of charging for parking. This policy remains in effect. Also, Game On has additional events taking place inside its indoor facility. It is HIGHLY recommended that teams with matches at Game On arrive early to give yourself ample time to get parked and get to your fields AND that you pay for parking ahead of time, which can be done at https://www.gameonfitchburg.com/parking/
Pre-paying for parking will make it MUCH easier to exit the facility.
Presentation of Mary Parking Advisory: The tan building next to the field is now once again OCCUPIED by elderly nuns. NO ONE for any reason can park in those lots as the usage of the lots is restricted. There’s a red sawhorse with a sign at the entrance to the specific lots indicating that parking is NOT allowed. Please pass this message to all families on the teams that have games at Presentation of Mary Academy.
TSC Parking Advisory - Tyngsboro Sports Center has a construction project taking place that has slightly impacted their parking lots. Please make sure teams at this facility are aware and arrive early enough to get parked.

Registration is open for the 2024 event. The two-day event is open to junior and senior level teams - U9 to U19 - to serve as one-stop tune-up tournament experience for programs heading into the spring season.

✭ EVENT OVERVIEW ✭
Aztec Soccer Club is excited to host the Aztec Spring Showcase & Invitational which will be a platform for top teams across New England to compete against elite competition and at first-class facilities. Multi-level divisions will also be built to ensure parity across all levels.
The Showcase will be headquartered at the Game On Sports Center in Fitchburg. This centralized showcase operation will facilitate the attendance of college coaches from all NCAA/NAIA Divisions.
Additional high-quality facilities located across Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire will be utilized and games will be divisionaly scheduled to optimize overall travel convenience for clubs and teams. We will also work with clubs to help avoid coaching conflicts as best as possible.
