Aztec Soccer Club is excited to announce that it has joined the Girls Academy Rising league for the upcoming 2023/24 season. GA Rising is organized by the Girls Academy, the Nation’s leading developmental platform for girls in the United States. Aztec Central girls’ first teams will compete in the platform’s Northeast conference. We will also have girls teams across all regions continue to compete in the New England Impact NPL, USYS National League, and New England Club Soccer League (NECSL). 

“We are excited for the opportunity to open up some of the developmental, competitive, and college exposure benefits of the Girls Academy to our Aztec girls,” said Aztec President Mike Kersker. “This new league platform will challenge every player and challenge us as coaches, which will ultimately enhance our organization and partners.”

Girls Academy Rising is a traditional seven-month platform at U15 – U19, while the U13 and U14 age groups play a 10-month calendar. Clubs will play in regional and national GA showcases and have access to all of the GA programming for players.

Tryouts for GA Rising, New England Impact NPL, USYS National League, and NECSL will be held together. Information regarding dates and times can be found here.
